Terms of Service

1. Services

Dires Lawn Service provides professional lawn care and landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and maintenance
• Landscape design and installation
• Tree and shrub care
• Seasonal cleanup services
• Irrigation system installation and maintenance
• Fertilization and weed control

2. Service Agreements

Service agreements are established through written estimates, work orders, or contracts. All services are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled as necessary for safety and quality reasons.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to work areas
• Securing or removing personal property from work areas
• Informing us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions
• Ensuring pets are secured during service visits
• Payment according to agreed terms

5. Liability and Insurance

Dires Lawn Service carries appropriate business insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not properly marked or disclosed.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel regular service with 48 hours notice
• Cancellation of scheduled appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Emergency weather cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

7. Weather Policy

Services may be postponed due to inclement weather, including rain, snow, ice, or extreme temperatures. Rescheduled services will be completed as soon as conditions permit.

8. Property Access

By scheduling services, customers grant permission for our team to access the property during normal business hours. If access is restricted, customers must provide reasonable notice.

9. Estimates

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Actual costs may vary if site conditions differ from those observed during the estimate.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Georgia state law.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
